The staff made myself and my daughter feel as much relaxed and comfortable as we could be while visiting. We both have anxiety and extreme discomfort seeing the dentist for even a cleaning. We both were made to be comfortable as the staff and dentist were very understanding and gentle. We are relieved to have found an office that considered our fears and went above and beyond in servicing our needs. Thank Dr. Thompson and staff.

I had a full set of dentures made at Dr. Roy’s office they are very kind and concern about their patients but my experience with them was ok the top denture were easy to get used too but the bottom are another store I paid 4500 dollars for these teeth the top are fine but the bottom ones were not made correct they have hurt my lower gums from day one I thought it was something that I could adjust too but I have not it’s been several months since I had them made and no follow up from them so for the money they should of been a better fit I went In for implants but he told me I did not have enough gum ok I understand but he also said that if the bottom did not work out for me we could discuss lower implants I did not think much on it at the time but should not that had been the main thing if he thought their was a chance at all .oh well learn from your mistakes some come it can cost you .i don’t blame them this was mostly my ignorance on this.

Dr. Thompson’s office is one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! All throughout COVID, his team remains professional, thorough, and conscientious. Kristina Bobell is a fantastic hygienist. My teeth look beautiful, and she was very careful around the “sensitive spots.” Dr. Thompson took his own time to buzz off the cement from my old retainer, even though it wasn’t scheduled. This team is truly the best! They care about their patients, and no one does the job better.

Best dentistry I have ever been to. Everyone is nice and friendly and they care about taking care of you. I had a cavity that other dentist would just glance and try to find and couldn’t find it. Dr. Thompson’s dentistry cared about finding and found it. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and they did such a good job that I never had to take any pain medicine. Would recommend this place to any and everyone.

For several years this has been the YES to all my dental needs. DR. T solved significant dental concerns. After several dentists in the area gave me “good enough” care that left me with problems, a friend recommended me to Dr. T? His work ethic, diligence and skill level have given me a comfortable functional bite. His patience directed me through a highly skilled endodontist and periodontist. I still have functioning teeth in my mouth that others gave up on. FYI….I now live in Tacoma, WA…..and when I realized a trip would bring me to this area, I called Veonica at the office and asked if I could please have me teeth cleaned. YES! “From the time I walked into the office, I felt like I “mattered” to the team at DrThompson’s office. The receptionist quickly addressed me by name and already had my insurance information available. I then had a consultation regarding what I am looking for in a dentist and those “hot buttons” that would cause me to leave or divert my business elsewhere. The entire team had an outstanding attitude and a genuine interest in my teeth and overall health. I thought it was a tad interesting they took a photo of me. I had never experienced that before. I’m still working through that one. I had a cleaning and the young lady did an outstanding job and did above the norm to get my smile looking as polished/clean as possible. I did not give an excellent rating because I want to gauge how they work over a period of time. I was very happy with my visit and would tell others about the positive experience.”
